Western City is plagued by street gangs that only care about money and drugs. When Eak Mendez, a boy who isn't enjoying his summer vacation at all, gets into a fight with a gang that call themselves The Nightmares, his world is turned upside down. Follow him and his carnal Towntrap on their mission to bring back the kinds of gangs Western City used to praise. But that's easier said than done, right?
