100 Ways to Stay Sane

Each poem follows a different theme which is numbered and listed at the top. The title steams from the reason behind why I chose to participate in the "100 themes challenge".
It was my way to literally keep sane while in college. Each theme was a challenge in and of itself. Some themes fell to where they were in my classic gothic horror genre. Others were difficult to say the least. Regardless I hope you enjoy. Feedback is appreciated.
