Hundreds of years ago, there lived four "divinus"-The Sorceress Caro, the Alchemist Antonia, the Magician Fue, and the Necromancer Shin. Together, these four girls protected our world from the Eternal Death, an army of darkness that wanted a lifeless universe. Then, tragedy struck. The leader of the Eternal Death, Mortem, appeared as their final effort to destroy the divinus. It was a long, horrendous battle, where both sides fought with all the power they had. In the end, the divinus used all their powers to seal away Mortem and his forces. They gave their lives to do so. However, it is not as hopeless as it seems. They were reincarnated, and have been reborn in the present day. And with good reason-The seal is weakening. The Eternal Death is awakening. The Pretty Cure must rise.
