Dan Howell isn't normal.
In fact, he is FAR from it. He can control water. He can easily dissect water from the source to manipulate it. But when the government finds out, he has no choice but to go to a special school. It's called Briar Academy.
Here he meets a boy named Phil Lester, who can manipulate fire. They think that they're worst enemies. Until something happens that will bring them closer than they ever thought possible.
