T'Challa takes Ree to Wakanda only days after Steve breaks her out of the ocean prison, to protect her and keep her near her brother. Ree is grateful to see her brother's slow progress back into his own mind, but there is something else she hopes to find in Wakanda. Healing for her own broken spirit. Over the course of her life, she's been kidnapped, expiramented on, abused, sold, raped, imprisoned, and psychologically tortured. Now, she is a shadow of the girl she once was. Can T'Challa and Shuri save this girl while maintaining control of the Wakandan throne?

Book one in the Princess Vieira series... Vieira was adopted by the Royal Family of Wakanda when she was three months old after the tragic death of her parents.
