Welcome, to Rebeca Blake's life. She is a 17 year old, middle class girl, from Sydney, Australia. She lives with her two older brothers and parents. Rebeca isn't popular, nor is she ever surrounded by a group of friends, being a book nerd she is always engrossed in her novels or school books. The only friend Rebeca does have is her child hood best friend, Sean. Rebeca has one wish, that she would have the beauty which would capture every guy's heart, the type of beauty depicted by models that can illuminate every cover page of a magazine. Everything changes when a competition arises in town giving every girl a chance to enter whcih would give a chance for that one girl selected to receive an all expenses paid makeover, starting from what she looks like, what she wears, how she eats to how she walks. Rebeca decided's that she will enter!
