"Please, let me help you," she insisted, "We need to see what we can do about all this." With her free hand, she gestures to the rest of the girl's body. The girl's upper lip rolled back slightly to reveal a pair of fangs that extended a half inch longer than the rest of her teeth and Elizabeth's body went rigid slightly. "Don't worry," she said, unable to look away from her lips, "You're safe."
"Cora," she spoke horsely, "is my name."
She smiled slightly, "Cora, that is a lovely name. I'll keep you safe, Cora, I promise. Let's get you washed, fed, and rested. I will take care of mine and you don't have to worry anymore, alright? Can you walk?"
"I'm...?" she swallowed.
"You're mine," she pulled the girl's hands to her lips, "We are mates, Cora. And I'm not letting go."

Cora Price is the youngest child of Alpha Arham Price, half werewolf and half... something else. And with tensions rising between creatures like the Vampires and the Werewolves, she is the perfect product for disaster. Relationships between each breed is practically unheard of, the latter blaming the former for unspeakable violence against the human population-- not to mention the rise of Trapping, when rogue vampires capture, kill, and harvest werewolves and humans alike for blood and servitude.
After a disaster that dissolved the Light Moon Pack, Cora finds herself Trapped and orphaned; there were efforts to save what was left of her Light, but 7 years of imprisonment has delivered her right to the Shadow's doorstep. It is up to Elizabeth Sawyer to save what is left of Cora's fractured soul.
Elizabeth is struggling with her own identity crisis, wanting to be Alpha but not being given the power by her pack, you know, because she is a girl and all. It didn't help that her Luna had the characteristics of a Vampire, and with Cora came the unruly downfall of her pack. They'll have to fight for each other using Tooth and Nail, or loose each other to the Shadows forever.
