Xander Shannon was an above average basketball player with below average grades living in an apartment with his hard-working, single mom in New York City. His life was completely normal until he met his father and found out his bloodline was not exactly average. The day he met his father was the day he discovered the Olympian gods where very real and he was thrown into a hell on Earth. A prison guarded by the monsters and demons that were supposed to be myths and a centaur who was supposed to train demigods. 

One year later, Xander finds a way out and makes a daring escape. Once outside the walls of the prison, he prepares himself for life alone and on the run. What he got was a life on the run with a fellow escapee named Chance and her dangerous and impossible goal: overthrowing the Olympian Council.
