The Witch's Spell

Decades have passed since humans have slowly replaced the witches' place in England and almost everywhere around the globe. It took a while until the existence of the witches merely became a myth- stories told by adults to scare children. But in the shadows, they watch over them, some managing to lure humans to rid them of their misery as a form of revenge, but was never enough. They kept themselves hidden, careful not to get caught again due to the possibility of being thrown out of their own territory like before.

Alice Cunningham, a young girl with a bright and curious mind walks into the streets of London in hopes of figuring out the many mysteries scattered all over England. Though entering new territory without knowing anyone in a place like this is a very unlikely situation anyone would want to be in, yet Alice is not one that goes by the norms and follows the rules of society as she charges in head first.

This decision, however, causes her to run into some unplanned events and encounters that answer not only the mysteries she needs answered, but answers that manage to boggle her own thoughts of her life.
