One night the daughter asked if she could go to a party that all her friends were going to. Her mother told her no and the daughter had a fit. She was sent to her room for the night. She was very angry so she ignored her mother's wishes and snuck out. The mother felt bad about her decision and went up to apologize. When she didn't find her daughter in the room she called the police. After days of searching they finally found the daughter dead in the middle of the dark forest. They say the girl died with three large claws slashed across her chest. People started to make stories about a shift-shaping creature that lives in the dark forest, who comes out and hunts children who don't listen.
