Seventeen-year-old Oregon Sinclair is grounded for the rest of eternity (one month): no car, no social life, no phone access. Why you may ask? What she wanted to explain away as a minor fender-bender accident, the third in a succession of other 'minor' incidents, ended up being a major problem for her parents. In order to make sure she won't stir up more problems for her father's mayoral re-election campaign, Oregon will be left to mundane tasks such as reading, cleaning, and her only form of communication- email- until school starts. Isn't the summer before your senior year supposed to be fun? Fat chance at that.
