Confidence

This story is about a girl named Ariele, meaning Strength, Courage, and Spite. Ariele has a very... skinny body, and by very skinny I mean VERY skinny and short. People says her hips stick out more than her stomach and has a very small torso. She even gets picked in for being this way. Therefore she has no confidence left in her. But on the first day of school, she meets three other girls named Jade, Adriana, and Mya. Jade the more Tall and skinny girl is picked on because she is taller than most girls, Adriana who is more round like a plum, is picked on because she is "fat." Then Mya, she has more of a flat chest and is made fun of just for that. These four girls seek help with body confidence together. Can they achieve this goal? Find out by reading "Confidence".

To anyone who has no confidence I want you to know that others out there are having the same problem, and you all don't need to go through this alone. Find some friends who will accept you. Really try to find those body positive people and surround yourself with them.

•Read Inspiring Books
•Don't Blame Yourself
•Get to know your style
•Take the emotion out of the words like "Fat, thin, chubby, skinny, etc."
