LORD OF THE FLIES X THE 100
---
The rules of Ros' post-apocalyptic world are simple: survive and defend her people, a group of teenagers called The Remains. She was lucky to find the leader of the Remains, Jack, After It All Ended, and she will do anything to keep him and the other Remains safe. Even take on one of the most dangerous jobs in the Remains -- being a scout that spies on their enemies, the Pride. She is faster, better, stronger than anyone in the Pride, but that's not the problem.

The problem is the Pride has all the guns.

Which is why Ros comes up with a plan to take down the Pride. It's very dangerous and it's fairly stupid, mostly because it involves trusting a high-ranking member of the Pride. But just when it seems to be working, Jack threatens to ruin everything Ros has worked for.

So Ros has to choose -- loyalty to her people, or what she knows to be right. After all, Ros wants more than survival. She wants to live.

3 parts Ongoing Mature
The world we once new was gone, now a world full of fear and death has taken its place. The end of the world, some would call it, others, took this as a chance to begin again. What was more dangerous? The end of the world, or a completely new one? Sometimes, it is not death you have to fear...but the living. Verena was now trapped in a world where every day is now a harsh fight for survival, but even the smallest remnants of life cling to the past, clutching at it in desperation. The echoes of humanity are found in the most unexpected places, reminding us that hope is a fragile, yet resilient force. In the heart of the apocalypse, Dr Verena Vesper was a fierce and guarded survivor with a strong will and mind along with an unwavering sense of duty to protect those in need. However, her intimidating aura and lack of expression along with her hot temper causes her many complications and misunderstandings. Despite this, she finds an unexpected soulmate in Maggie Greene, her unyielding spirit, devoted loyalty and genuine sincerity a stark opposite to her, yet her other half. Amidst the chaos and danger, their bond grows stronger through all the hardships and with every obstacle they overcome, they grow closer, becoming eachothers flame in the darkness. Verena's rugged exterior softens around Maggie's resilience, while Maggie's strength is fortified by Verena's fierce resolve. Together, they navigate the harsh world with a bond that is both a sanctuary and a powerful force, proving that even in the end times, love can burn brightly and fiercely, and that hope, is the most resilient force of all. The world hasn't ended just yet, not while Verena is still breathing. A/N: Obviously I don't own TWD or any of its characters or plot, I only own my own ideas and writing. I am also working on this story with a partner who came up with the story and character! Updates: As often as possible. (And yes, this is GxG/wlw.) <3

After an apocalyptic event that thrusts the world into a new ice age, Calestia - a 17-year-old girl with a strong will - must learn to survive on a land infested with gangs, guns, and distrust. ***** Nobody knows what day it is anymore. Nobody knows the month, the day of the week...and the only way to tell time is by the slight change in the color of the sky from grey to black every twenty-four hours. If a day even is twenty-four hours anymore. The planet is dead. The people are dead. Snow falls down upon piles of bodies like the ash of a volcanic eruption. Except, the snow doesn't stop. It never does. It continues to fall and fall until you wonder if it is even possible for another flake to come down and land silently in your hair. But it does. They do. There are few survivors of what the remaining have started to call the end of the world. The Apocalypse. Few who are still brave or scared of death enough to face the torture that is living. I am one of those survivors. Book One of the Snow Series Highest ranking: #3 in Sci-Fi Watty's Shortlisted
