Rejected
"Are you..are you my mate?" I asked, as I stuttered, and blinked. "What?! You high? I'll never have a mate as fat as you, and as ugly too. Get lost." He said, his eyes holding something so unfamiliar to me. I felt tears brimming but refused to let them fall, as I stared up at him, straightened my back, held my chin high and replied.' What if the person that meant the most to you rejected you? What if they just tossed you away like a piece of garbage? He had lean muscles from head to toe. I tried to keep my eyes above his waist line but I could not bring myself to look into his eyes. I have been trained to keep my eyes on the ground, and as I lowered my eyes to look at the grass, I caught a glimpse of what he had to offer below. A breath caught in my throat, as all I can think is "How will all of that fit in me?" It was both long and thick and I am so small. I wanted to cry in that moment. He finally spoke and said only one word in a deep husky voice. "MINE!" I melted at the word and shakily responded with only one word myself. "Yours!"Complete
