Harry Potter can't seem to resist Draco Potter. He has changed. His new longer silver hair, his new much softer expression and for the most of it, his arse...which he had failed to notice before.
Draco Malfoy doesn't want anything to do with anyone. He's worn out, tired and broken. He just wants to pass his eighth year at Hogwarts without being noticed, clear his NEWTS and find a stable job to support him and his mother. The war had left them with nothing.
The dragon had no fire left inside it and the lightning could not light the flame back inside it.

An 8th year Drarry fic where Harry barely speaks anymore, but Draco doesn't need words to understand him. After spending the summer together and beginning their relationship, it's time for Harry and Draco to transition back to Hogwarts. Both men know continuing their relationship isn't going to be easy, but nothing good ever is. Can they keep their relationship hidden from not only their friends, but the wizarding world as a whole until they're ready to come out? Can they, along with their friends, end house prejudices for good, and finally unite Hogwarts? Sequel to my story Ghosts, but my goal is that this can be read as a stand alone book. One year after Harry defeated Voldemort at the Battle of Hogwarts, he still has no idea what to do with his life. He's been living at No. 12 Grimmauld Place with Hermione and Ron, but they've spent the past few months on an extended stay in Australia to try and restore Hermione's parents' memories. Alone, he feels set adrift. Everyone else is focused on enjoying their summer before Hogwarts reopens (after a one year rebuilding period), but without Ron and Hermione, Harry doesn't know if he can go back. Everything changes when the Malfoys dramatically re-enter his life, and together they learn to live again.
