Monster

My fists were pounding against the bag, sweat was dripping down my face but I was determined to keep going. One after another my fists connected hard with the material. This is what I was made to do, I was created as a weapon to be used to gain money from bets. I wasn't merciful, I could take down a grown man and not feel any remorse. The feeling of my fists connecting to the bone of my opponents skull. This is what I was made to do, I was made to fight. I walked out into the bright light of the stadium, the crowd erupted into cheering. This was my life, fight one opponent, then onto the next. I walked down the long aisle slowly, nothing would change I will always be like this. I reached the edge of the cage and grabbed onto the side to pull myself up. I walked to the middle of the ring and rose my fist into the air. This is where I belonged, this is where all of my problems disappeared. This is where I became, a MONSTER.
