Sometime around their eighteenth birthday a tattoo appears on their skin, a tattoo that will allow them to figure out their soulmate.
the tattoo changes colors depending on the soulmates mood, each color represents a color, for example blue will represent sadness and yellow happiness etc... The tattoo will only glow white if the soulmate is in a fifty foot radius of the tattoo. The tattoo will begin to burn and itch if the soulmates make eye contact.
