Safe Under 18

In Avalon's life everyone has food, water, shelter, and protection. That is as long as your under the age of 18. As soon as you turn 18 your thrown into the world, forced to marry someone you may or may not know and made to have a child together. Once the child is born you sign the birth certificate and are killed. No one knows their birth parents. Everyone is separated based on gender and age and are raised by 18 different people. Avalon has always believed whatever they've said...until Cole Summers comes along and flips Avalon's world upside down.
