In the small town of Stonebrook, a group of teenagers receive the news that in only four days they are going to die.
Taryn; A girl whose past quest to be accepted by her so-called friends led her to push away the one person who truly cared and left her lonelier than ever.
Micheal; A brutally honest, equal opportunity smart-alec too busy spouting off his own thoughts to listen to anyone else's.
Chris; A painstakingly perfect boy, so worried about disappointing his parents and friends that he's in danger of letting himself down.
Alissa; A subtly strong girl who needs to learn to speak her thoughts instead of viciously scribbling them away into nothingness.
As the days count down they are bound together with the question not only of how they will die, but most importantly, why?
