After the death of her parents, Jamie moves 1,000 miles away to live with the last living person in her family, her grandmother. Jamie is scared to death. New state, new town, new school, new friends. At the end of her junior year Jamie left her friends and is going to start her senior year the best way possible. When a new family moves in next door, it so happens that they have a son a year older than Jamie. Will this summer turn out to be for the better? Damian has a reputation to be a bad ass who only cares about himself. Not saying that isn't true but people hear stories about him and trust those without getting to know him. He hopes that he can change that this summer because his family is moving. New state, new town, new school. The first day his family moves into their new home, Damian finds out he is living next door to an elderly woman and her granddaughter, who happens to be the most beautiful girl Damian has ever seen.
