Peggy Carter is known for picking fights she knows she'll never win. She's a scrawny 4'11" kid from Brooklyn. Bucky, her best friend often helps her, but there is a world war going on. And Bucky gets enlisted.
Loosely based on that one Tumblr post that prompted a Cap/Peggy role reversal. I did change it, though, but the idea still comes from there.

When the news that Bucky had been drafted into the army at 23 years old and Steve was attempting to enlist reached her, she was devastated.
