Lola Sangria's blood is considered the most sacred gift, as it is the rarest to come across. She is known as the real life Blood Doll, as her blood has healing properties and can consume her if she doesn't expel it properly.

Her condition had appeared throughout history, and each time the Blood Doll had a less than happy ending. Her mother kept Lola hidden for as long as she could, until her father returned. He was known to be far worse than any creature who sought her out as death was his company.

Was it fate that Lola should die at the hands of her father or live within deaths grasp?

Book 1 of (The Awakening Series) {#1 Supernatural} {#1 Paranormal} {#1 Lycans} {#1 Vampire Romance} {#5 Royalty} The world went to shit long before I was born. Humans like me use to believe other species were nothing more than fictional characters, myths, or figures of one's imagination. But that was before vampires left the shadows and decided to reveal their species to the world. I've been told that teenage girls use to fantasize about being swooshed off their feet by those mysterious creatures. Insane. Matter of fact, insane would be an understatement, they were fucking lunatics. Vampires are not some fictional character that would love you like no other. No, vampires are not some sort of myth, and they most certainly are not, a figment of anyone's imagination. They are very real, and they despise the human race. In fact, they have enslaved my entire species and formed a new world. Each continent is owned by a ruthless, bloodsucking, barbaric, the vampire king. Every single one of them has played a part in the war of the awakening, showing no mercy, killing without question. Humans didn't even stand a chance. Our army and world leaders were killed or imprisoned in less than a couple of days. They slaughtered my race, but it didn't stop there. No, that was only the beginning of human suffering. Trust me when I say the death was truly a kindness, because anyone who survived the awakening, would beg for death. I was positive that my suffering would come to an end when I turned eighteen. I was hoping and praying to be marked as a feeder, nothing more, nothing less. Death was the only way out of this world. You see, all of the kings who ruled over the earth were cruel and calculating. They are all tyrants in their own right and they all answered to one vampire. Who was known as the most barbaric of them all and I was marked as his chosen. The King of all Vampire Kings. 17 parts Complete

Lola died in a car accident. She found herself in the afterlife, in the middle of a raging war that's been happening for thousands of years between the Darkling Demons and the Purgatory warriors called the Guardians of Zion. The Angels were real and even God was real - she discovered. But then so were the demons. Lola was the only one who have seen the afterlife and told the tale. She saw how the Guardians and the Darklings fought for every soul that entered the Purgatory. The Darklings wanted to enslave them and the Guardians were doing their best to save them so the souls could pass the judgement and continued their journey to the next level of the Afterlife. But the Darklings were planning to overrun the only city in Purgatory where all the souls resided waiting for judgement and planted someone to steal the city's protection - the Heavenly Salve of Archangel Raphael. When the opportunity came to go back to the living world and helped the Guardians to recover the relic that kept the Iduri City protected, Lola jumped at the chance. She wanted to be in the vibrant world of the living and to see her family once again, to see the boy she liked and to be with her friends. But going back to the living meant one thing - she would leave the one boy he met in the afterlife who'd been there to keep her safe all the time. Would Lola give HIM up? Find out!
