Divergent: After the War

Kind of like Divergent Present Day, but a little different. Everybody except Al, Will, and Tris' parents are alive. I have to do this so the story actually has a plot. The war happened, and ended, but the factions are destroyed. All of the characters from Tobias' and Tris' year have to enroll in present day school. A different twist on Divergent high school. I'm really not good at summaries but the story will be better. Please give this story a chance because its my first fanfic and it probably sucks.
