I Think Cupid's Out Of Arrows

I walk down the hallway. Ohmygosh. There's Brady. I wave. He waves back and my heart flutters. Then I realize there's a prettier girl behind me waving at him.

So ya that's me, Layla Summers. The boy repellent. My life is pretty boring. No, I'm not that girl that hangs out with friends every night and on the weekends. No, I'm not the girl who has at least 4 different boyfriends every month.

I'm the girl who's just normal.

Not the one who everyone knows has a certain talent, unlike all of my friends. Karate, swimming, running, basketball, lacrosse, you name it. Someone at my school is probably amazing at it. I don't really fit into a category.

So when I get kidnapped, I'm surprised. Well lets just say that I don't exactly have the best luck.

But when I find out the kidnapper is the mythical creature, yet looking so attractive and not so mythical, known as Cupid, my life changes. He needs help and I know it's up to me.

This is a story about an ordinary girl who is put up to an extraordinary task. Will she end up falling for the boy known as Cupid?
