After the deadly outbreak brought by  virus called Hartford virus, the earth became hostile for man. To save the remaining survivor, the remaining powerful states form an alliance. 

The alliance build a habitable place called the tower where people survivors of the outbreak can live. For many years the tower became the new home of all survivors it gives protection and new life for all man however human are born to have  different characteristic, conflict arouse between elite people and the peasant. 

Elite resist to live with the peasant as they believe they are better than peasants, accusing peasants of being thief. The peasant also resist to live with elite, accusing elite for raping and abusing peasants and this conflict result into violence . 

To end the conflict and violence between the two parties, the council decided to divide the tower into three sub tower, the top tower, median tower, and ground tower with additional terms and condition. 

The elite was relocated to the top tower but forbid to went down to ground tower. The peasant are relocated to the ground tower and also forbid to went top tower. The council, doctors, engineer, nurse and everything that has valued skills are relocated to the median tower where they are allowed to went any tower for professional purpose. While the tower are divided, outside the tower lies the new threat the DEVIANT, the undead , the infected.All Rights Reserved
