Happiness is a privilege and i talk deep so this whole book is a possible trigger warning.
Don't look at this as a way to find peace in your darkness, this doesn't offer that, look unto this as a way to hurt with someone else, and find peace in the fact that you're not the only one feeling the way you are, i'm here, we're here.
She isn't doing okay, perhaps this is the first time she's truly showing that, either way she's convinced herself that she'll continue to use this outlet, until she was happy.

But she's learning to fight for a life that feels right for her. After years of physical and emotional abuse, she walks through high school and young adulthood with caution-thinking through every choice, every step. All she really wants is something simple: a good life, a safe life. When she ends up in an abusive relationship and becomes a mother at sixteen, it feels like the cycle is starting all over again. But later, she meets someone different-someone gentle, patient, and kind. With him, she starts to believe that peace, love, and safety might actually be within reach. But what happens when the peace and safety becomes the very thing to suffocate and wreak havoc within her.

Feel
Flowers, bread, hugs, books, gifts, thoughts, words and pictures are all things that make us feel. They can make us feel happy, sad or exicted. Everything we touch and see , give us a feeling, in it's own way. Love, Sadness, Affection, Bruises, Kindness and all kind of feelings we experience are a sign to something. The problem is that most of us are followed by a curse, an emotional curse, that give us a difficulty of expressing our feelings to our families or friends. For many reasons, perhaps fear, grief, doubt or perhaps because we are not sure we will be heard. In this world full of people, there is surely someone who wants to listen to you, know how you feel and share every feeling with you. It only takes you one thing to do: -To feel free to feel, to express your feelings, to tell them, to discuss them and if you can't at least let us write them.

I'm not writing this to be strong. I'm writing this because I'm tired of holding it in. I'm just a girl. A teenager. And my life isn't the perfect picture everyone thinks it is.
