What started out as a class field trip, took a turn for the worse. Literally.

A wrong turn caused the bus to topple over the edge of a traffic barrier.

Four students and one student teacher were put into a coma, it was unknown when or if they would ever awaken to see their family and loved ones.

But, to these five individuals, they have woken up in a true hellscape.

Brutes and Beasts walk amongst them, dead bodies of other past comatose patients strewn about.

The Corrupted wander around, a threat to both monsters and to the comatose.

Is this their fate? Or will these five find a way to wake themselves up?
