The world is being bombarded by massive solar flares. Now there is no electricity, and no more food in the stores. Everything has been turned upside down and backwards 200 years. How will the small Indiana town of North Webster survive without electricity, cars, or help? Follow the adventures of Sugar, the town cop and the families of the town that will become "New Webster", as they deal with famine, attacks on their city, sickness, and a new way of life. Will it be a better world in the end?

The year is 2415, the world has both evolved and devolved. It isn't how people imagined. Flying cars, robots in every house, telekinetic pencils. No, they are only in comic books. Self driving cars. No robots in houses, but workhouses instead. Telekinetic pencils... that's possible, if you are gifted with the power of telekinesis. There are dark truths hidden behind closed doors, that only few know. Truths that if they got out, would bring the downfall of the government. A government that has been deceiving people for generations. But they haven't been as careful as they thought, because 100 years ago, one guy found out their secrets. 100 years ago, one guy started the rebellion that would bring about the end. From burning books, rewriting history and breaking human rights, this government will stop at nothing to make it seem that they are doing good. But people have had enough, the secret came out before. It's only a matter of time until it happens again. This time by a group of people that no one expected. Together they work to find out the truth, but things have gotten worse over the last century and this may not only bring around the downfall of the government. Armed only the powers they were born with, the group do everything they can to discover the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. When the Sun Begins to Die
Seventeen year old Cadence Buds is a normal teenager in a dying world. Well, the world isn't dying, but the sun is. It has been dying for several years now, but the effects are finally starting to come about. The sun has even been changing color. The government has been working on a plan to save a portion of the human population for quite some time. There are so many problems with the sun dying. The oceans will evaporate from the inevitable explosion, everything will be dark and nothing will be able to grow, the world will freeze over, everything will be destroyed. The sun is also giving off toxic radiation while it dies, making the world especially dangerous. The government's solution to this problem is to build a radiation proof dome over a large area. There will be synthetic heat, light, and seasons. The cost to enter such an oasis is very expensive. It is hundreds of thousands of dollars per ticket. However, there is another way to get in. Once the sun dies many will die with it. It might even vaporize part of the planet in its blast. No one knows for sure. But the world will need a larger population. You can earn your place in the dome if you agree to have a child to save the human race. This obviously only applies to women. Now remember Cadence? He is biologically female. He has been on testosterone for two years and is trying to transition in this world. Unfortunately that is horribly expensive where he lives. His family however is more focused on saving their lives from the dying sun. His parents had just enough money to afford his sister a ticket. She could not have children because she was barren. Cadence however could have children if he wished, but he didn't. Having a child meant undoing all of his hard work. He is told that in order to survive that he must have a child within the next two years. Two years is a long time, but he never wanted to have children. They have tried making underwater pockets so people can live under the sea, but the underwater pockets are too fragile to maintain and easily every citizen can drown. Hope was almost given up. Until scientists found a planet only couple light years away that is a sister planet to Earth. No one has ever been on this planet before and is unsure what will people find there. So on the year B18, all children born within that year were taken from their families and sent into a spaceship to be trained and prepared for the landing of this new planet. Samantha and her squad are flying through space and preparing themselves both mentally and physically for the adventures of this new planet.
