Despite the new powers that appear to provide prolonged peace to the planet, a sinister character lurks in the background plotting their own mysterious and nefarious goals: The Scientist. An unlikely hero, along with the friends he meets during his quest to discover his identity, will themselves to complete the impossible task of stopping the Scientist and all that the Scientist schemes. But are they simply subjects in the Scientist's experiment? Mature content includes some violence.

But during a zombie apocalypse, when you get desperate, you're desperate. When you're out of options, you need to do what you need to do to survive every day. Sometimes, it might not always be ideal. But when push comes to shove, when you're barely alive and should be dead, the people who you don't know may just save you. Surviving without enemies is hard enough. But when the past comes back to haunt and enemies come to fight, the apocalypse may just become almost impossible to survive. Brains and brawn may not be enough. It takes heart to make it day to day. They knew it would be hard. They didn't know it would be next to impossible to survive. This is a story my friend and I wrote together. It took us about a year to complete. Comments would be great to see so we know if something needs to be fixed or if it's a good story.

This cataclysmic revolution will raze the old world and herald the birth of a new era. In this cosmic roulette, even the most steadfast warriors can turn to dust in the blink of an eye. Therefore, are you willing to participate? Given that there always was, is, and will be war. Hope stands stronger than fear, yet anything is possible when darkness lingers. It is the deflection of accountability and guilt. Yet when all seems lost, trust that the butterfly knows where the water flows.
