It's an average day. Well, until Haruhi breaks into Zim's base and infects him with an influenza virus. Irken bodies aren't built to deal with any sicknesses, so the flu really hits him hard. A mysterious girl named Yuki shows up to try to help him. She falls in love with him and reveals her secret. After Zim finds out what Yuki truly is, will he allow her to help him? After all, Irkens are the sworn enemies of her race.
