April has lived in California all of her life but now her mum is making her and her two brothers move across the world to Australia to live there with her fiance. He’s rich and has all the money in the world. April hates rich people and thinks they’re snobby and get everything they want.  Australia is full of new and exciting things waiting to be explored. 
When a young handsome but filthy rich boy takes an interest in her, what will she do? Will she get to know him or will she ignore him, or maybe will she have no choice.
April is angry at her mother and blames her for their dad leaving. April’s past catches up to her and secrets are revealed. Was it her mum's fault, or was she wrong. Will she ever see her dad. Nothing is ever as it seems. But with the help of new friends and a young boy willing to do anything for her happiness April will get through it.
