Senior year of high school. Major milestones for the fresh batch of soon-to-be graduates. Luna Fray, a calm, laid back but very intelligent student. She has many friends, likes parties and emits confidence. Merrick Roy, a kind, outgoing, funny guy. Popular at school, because he's genuinely liked. They both go to a big high school together, have never met, though they've seen each other roaming through the corridors. They are attracted to each other even though they don't know how to act on it yet. Luna's friend has a birthday party, invited everyone and has the party of the year. It's where Luna and Merrick meet, in the pool on Juliet's birthday party. It's where their story begins... ****************************************************************************** Title inspired by Bastille, cover created by myself, but image stolen from Google Images ;) (pls don't arrest me tnx)

Nicole often submerges herself in her studies, enjoying the steady calculations of her homework rather than dealing with the confusing emotional turmoil most high school girls have to deal with. She has a routine. Lose herself in homework. Lose herself in dance. Lose herself in sleep. Great, right? Then one day, her calculus teacher decides to jostle her routine by requesting her to tutor Dustin, the basketball player who can't quite understand those cold calculations. Total cliché, right? But as time goes on, Dustin starts realizing high school isn't all about fitting in, and Nicole starts to realize that strong emotions are all part of the thrill of being a teen.
