Have you ever felt trapped, like there was no escape from the nightmare you were being forced to live? Fear constantly consuming every part of your being and waking up day in and day out praying that you could just vanish from existence? For Charlotte, this was indeed her reality. She and her sister Gracie were separated from their drug addict mother at a young age and sent to live with their Aunt and her abusive boyfriend. Charlotte tried to make friends but she had always been the bigger girl in school, and lets face it, nobody wanted to be friends with the fat poor girl. So she learned to embrace her loneliness, sometimes she even felt like she was better off alone anyway. Little did she know though, that her life about to change. For the better? Now I wouldn't exactly say that, but change was most definitely inevitable and coming her way.

***This story is partially based on my life story, some events are very much true.***
I am setting a goal for myself and plan to write 1 chapter per week. I hope you guys enjoy! :)
