I gasped as he squeezed harder. His hand were choking me. Black spots dance before my eyes.
"MOM!" I heard Finnick scream.
Everything was far away.
My life flashed before my eyes.
We were hunting together. Then there was hunger games. After that, the war. Suddenly after the war. Finally now. Not exactly now but...
People always change. Even people who you love. Katniss Everdeen's best friend seemed to have changed into a different person. Once best friend had turned into a killer. Killer who is thirsty for a revenge

Hunger Games characters are transported through time. Is it a second chance? After Katniss assassinated Coin, Peeta was a heartbeat too late when Katniss ate her night lock in a swift motion. A chance to undo the irreversible is granted but a few turning points occur for when the characters are transported back in time, they all get put at different points in time. How can you communicate to someone who's oblivious? "In a heartbeat, I move my bow, swiftly realising the slim arrow. It flies through the sky, whistling in the wind as fast as fast as light. The sun's seductive glare gleams across the shiny tip as it pierces Coin's heart. A pool of blood oozes from her chest, covering her like a blanket of death. The crowd, stunned with shock, recovers quickly, turning into an angry stampede of elephants. The elephants roar and in a second Snow's body is nothing more than a bloody pulp. With Coin and Snow gone, Panem will have to find a new President. I feel a small smile tug at my lips, mission accomplished." this is a repost from A03
Mockingjay: What If......
What if the Hunger Games switched between Gale, Katniss, and Peeta's points of view? What if Gale found out about Coin's plan to kill Prim? What if Katniss realized she loved Gale, but it was too late? What if someone hijacked Peeta again, but for different reasons? All these questions and more will be answered in this alternative ending for Mockingjay. This is an everthorne story, so please only read this if you're on team Gale. Their mother remarried and he had a daughter, Annie Cresta, and she was younger than Prim but not as old as Katniss. These sisters were left alone in the care of Katniss when their parents give up on one another. Gale Hawthorne was the only son to survive of his mother and father's children. Gale had a good life being the only child and a young actor and singer. His family then adopts two young boys so Gale won't be so lonely. Finnick Odair, and Peeta Mellark. The time goes on and the boys are pop stars while Katniss is the babysitter as always, at age 21. At least she is graduated. She has to get Annie and Prim to school and keep them alive. While all they care about it the pop band, New Capitol. The band members Finnick Odair, Peeta Mellark, and Gale Hawthorne are all the young girls care about. They hardly realize what Katniss is doing. Yet all their lives will change when it all happens on the night of a concert...Complete

Follow as the story takes you into how everything they had became just a memory and their attempt to rebuild the relationship [.......] always wanted. Authors Note: I tried to make this story as book accurate as possible, but of course with their being a new leading character added, the story will not follow it directly. I did this on purpose. There are also head canons in this because of another character. Most important, this is a lesbian based fan fiction.
