Lena can see little visions through glass surfaces - but she is not the only one of her kind. In the City of Leatia, humans and demons coexist, cars fly, buildings break as easily as they are rebuilt, and Catalysts-people with superpowers-govern the law and order of the City.

When an opportunity presents itself to Lena, she discovers she is a potential Catalyst herself and is suddenly enrolled into the city's top institute, Arcane Academy, in a way she's never imagined or hoped to.

What's more, in an utterly unsuccessful attempt to lay low, she might have just stumbled across and made a bad impression on Arcane Academy's most powerful student. To prove herself worthy of her sudden enrolment, Lena must stand up against the strongest of students and face the worst of duels.
