She was living her best life, after fighting her miserable past and burying it deep down.

Until the day her trusted friend; the almighty and all powerful Aidan Smith, lost a part of his humanity.

°°°°

Thousands died when they're supposed to be saved.
Thousands infected, setting one foot in the grave.

And that's not even the worst part.

Every single person will remember their whole memory since they were born.
Every laugh.
Every tear.
Every scream.
With no control over their body.
Kill and infect, without wanting to, with tears streaming down their faces.
Everyday.
Until the virus eats up every part of their body.

Leaving the heart last.

Editing is in process "Emma, do you know what happens when someone betrays me?" He says as I notice him slowly, patiently; he ties my hands in front of my eyes with a silk red ribbon. I gulp before asking, "Who betrayed you?" "You! You left me, Emma. You betrayed me; you betrayed my feelings!" He pulls me onto his lap, hooking my now tied hands over his head and his mouth meets with mine. He has me locked against him, not an inch of space separating us. Taking advantage of the position, he finally slides a hand under my dress and I try to wiggle closer, rocking my hips on his lap, needing his touch now. "Now, it's my turn to return your betrayal in favour of my wicked ways." Meeting him that day in the club, made me believe that there are people whom I can trust with my heart. The Virus Within (Original rough draft) by CrystalScherer
144 parts Complete
Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. It has nothing to do with A Different Virus. I wanted to try a book with an easily irritated main character and a nutcase secondary character. This book has a slightly darker outlook at the beginning than my usual stories, but it has some humor further along. Definitely not a horror story, although it has its share of action. 4 updates a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday! Copyright April 2017. All Rights Reserved. The Order Of Benders

42 parts Complete

Malaya Ritch, a girl in her late teens, travels to meet her social media friend, Aiden Lividstone, in Alberta, Canada. But when they discover they were part of an elite band that specialized in keeping peace in ancient China, a target from outside the world is instantly put on their back. Aiden struggles to control his firebending from hurting those he loves. Malaya vows she won't lose him a second time. (Excerpt) "Um," Irene fiddled with her charm, "Malaya... she almost died." "What! How... who..." Aidan sat up again. Edi rolled his eyes. He, at least, was his normal self. Irene began fidgeting harder. She looked at Edi. "I can't, you tell him." Irene pleaded. Edi regretfully shook his head and responded, "Malaya got burned badly. She's had to have three ice baths already. We just barely got the news that she'll survive." Aidan went still. "You mean..." He whispered, his voice hitching. "No. Please tell me it was someone else." He whispered hoarsely. Irene shook her head silently. An adventure book with a friends-to-lovers trope (no smut or intensely intimate moments)
