Alpha. When you hear that word most of you think of a ruthless and physically strong man. Well, what if I told you that in this story the alpha is completely the opposite.

Melany Blake is devastated by the death of her father. She is only twenty years old and excepted to lead a pack without the help of her father. He wanted this weight to fall on someone else's shoulders, not his little girl but his time was up before he could find someone to fill his shoes.

Female wolves are looked as the healers and nurturers of the pack, not the leader.

Melany embarks on a journey of loss, betrayal, and second chances. She will stand before anyone and show the world that a she-wolf can take on the alpha position.

A spin-off from the Rootbridge series. Callie's wolf is out of control and therapy isn't helping her understand the fragments of memories she has about her mother's murder. So, unable to stay at Rootbridge any longer, she decides to take matters into her own hands and sets out to discover the truth about what really happened to her parents and what really happened to her. But, she gets more than she bargained for when she encounters the beast of Shadow Valley - a creature said to be deadly, half-rabid, untameable. Vikas Gordstrum, first born son to the alphas of the Shadow Valley pack, killed his moon mate on her 21st birthday. Haunted by her death and abandoned by his pack, he has lived on his own for years until one night his half-rabid wolf catches a new scent - one that intrigues him, one that grounds him like no other ever has, one that he doesn't want to let get away. With new revelations turning Callie's world upside down and a betrayer amongst those that she trusts, it will not be easy for her to discover who killed her mother and abandoned her in the forest as a child - nor will it be easy for her to let Vikas walk away after all is said and done. He is not her fated mate. And she is not his. But there is a connection between them that neither could have predicted - but one that they both should have seen coming. *COMPLETED* My head bowed in a heavy mannor, not in respect, but in trepidation. I discern his unwavering gaze over my ill silhouette. "Look at me." I opened my eyes, though it made no difference. Black is still black, all I am left with are my four senses. He will kill me if I don't look. He will kill me if I do. He will look into my sightless eyes and see my futile existence isn't worth living. He will kill me, and he will be doing the pack a justice by it. He growls a low, throaty snarl to warn me about disobeying an alpha. There will be consequences, we both know that. His lingering growls let me know he is not going to allow me to contravene his word. I steadily inch my head upwards, visibly shaking everywhere else. Maybe he won't notice my depthless eyes from across the gazebo. My life depends on it. "You're blind." ~ Monet was born into a particularly prestigious area of her wolf pack, to parents of extremely high standards. Her legacy is to become the packs next healer, but when she was born completely devoid of melanin, all her mated parents saw was a disappointment. Being born an albino wolf pup meant a lot for Monet, but it mostly meant her condition had taken her eyesight along with it. What happens when Monet meets the Alpha of a neighboring pack? Will he accept her for what she is? ~CONTENT WARNING~ This book contains depictions of physical abuse, foul language, and upsetting scenary. Book 2 in the Rootbridge Pack series. You DON'T need to have read book 1 in order to enjoy this. You'll find a plot summary for An Alpha's Alpha (Book 1) in Chapter 1. J, has been through a lot. A harrowing upbringing was followed by her and her pack being chased by a murderous alpha, Caine, who was intent on owning and destroying J's Alpha, Cassidy. Now, finally, after years of being on the run, J is...safe. She's always been on the outside, a lone wolf with just enough humanity left to attach herself to Cassidy and her pack, but now she's being offered a life in a loving, safe pack, with friends who are practically family. For anybody else it would be a good thing, a chance at happiness, but for J there's just one obstacle standing in her way: The King is dead, long live the King. She may have killed Caine, but his pack need an Alpha and right now, they think it's her. Realising the biggest threat to her pack is herself, J forces herself to leave and set out on her own. She should have known it would never be that easy. Whispers have travelled about Cassidy's protector. About the woman more wolf than most. * Alpha of the Blackoath pack, Logan Black, has been watching J for a while now. Sure, he tried to stop himself but his wolf is obsessed and so is he. Knowing he can never truly have her, he resigns himself to being her unofficial stalker, protector and guardian angel. So, when an underprepared alpha tries to capture her, he readies himself to go to her defence, but he should have known better. As he watches J destroy the pack who'd been sent to capture her, he realises that maybe, just maybe, he's found the only wolf in existence strong enough to match him. Strong enough to be his mate. Strong enough to kill him. However, when it comes down to it, Logan can't quite bring himself to ask the woman of his dreams to end his life, so instead lets her go - and that's where it all goes wrong.

Two shattered hearts. One fractured pack. A battle for love and survival. He was the Alpha born to lead, but when his mate perished in a fire, the flames consumed more than her life-they devoured his sanity. Lost and unfit to rule, he disappeared to Echo House, a place of solitude and healing. Now, three years later, he returns as a leader reborn, ready to guide his pack through any storm. She was a warrior forged in heartbreak. Rejected by her mate, she built walls no one could scale, burying her pain beneath endless training and the unyielding demands of her duty. Her strength became her armor, her coldness a shield. For years, they lived in the same pack but on opposite paths, their pain too raw and their silence too heavy to breach. But fate is never silent for long. When they finally cross paths, their collision is electric-raw emotions ignite, long-buried wounds reopen, and a connection they never expected threatens to unravel everything. But the pack stands on the brink of war, its enemies closing in with every shadow. As tensions rise and loyalty is tested, they must decide: Will they let the pain of their pasts destroy them? Or will they rise together to face the fight of their lives? The Alpha who rebuilt himself. The warrior who lost her way. Together, they may save their pack-or doom it forever. When love and leadership collide, the stakes are life or death. --- A Note from the Author: Welcome to my debut novel-a tale of love, loss, and the courage to start again. This story has been a journey of passion, persistence, and endless revision. It's not perfect, but it's written from the heart, and I hope it resonates with yours. If you're here to experience heartbreak, hope, and the thrill of two wolves fighting not only for their pack but for themselves, you're in the right place. Thank you for joining me on this journey. Let's see where it takes us!

This is a world where power and dominance stand above anything and everything else. This is a world where you don't want to run around in the dark. This is a world where love is nothing other than a meaningless word used to describe the indescribable feeling of having a Mate. This is a world where wolves are dominant and only the most powerful survive. This is the world Silas, a loner and the first full blooded wolf in history, was born into. The world where she must prove her dominance in order to survive. * * * Unbearable pain erupted through my body, almost instantly. Dizziness made the room swirl unnaturally and darkness threatened to take over. "Up," the Alpha repeated. I tried, but, once again, I was rendered immobile. Another large syringe full of the green and silver mixture was injected into my body. This process repeated, time and time again. My body could not handle it. The room spun in quick, repeating circles as darkness surged, covering everything I saw and felt with a thick, black blanket. I couldn't remember anything. Not who I was. Not where I was. Not who was with me. Not what I was supposed to be doing. But, as I lay there, unconscious, beginning to go insane with pain, I could still hear, still remember, him. I could remember the voice of someone I had met, not that long ago, that already meant the world to me. I could remember the feeling of our wolves connecting, all but the new fifth member of my body, who had led me to this dark, dangerous place. I could remember feeling, for the first time in years, what it felt like to be happy. I could remember his name.
