Emory Thaniels lived a extraordinarily normal life. Though, in her senior year of high school she met Addison Conrad. He had moved to the small town of Twin Bridges, Montana which was quite surprising due to the population size of 426. When they met, something clicked between the two. It was like their worlds revolved around each other.  Addison was the sun of Emory's solar system and Emory was Addison's. They literally gravitated toward each other in everything they did. One year, one amazing year went by and they graduated high school. Emory and Addison decided to take a year off before college and travel the world together. Though, exactly one week before they were to leave for their first destination, Emory received a phone call that shattered her whole world. Addison was dead. He had wrecked his car on his way to see her. But a note left by a mysterious stranger leads her to believe that maybe, just maybe, Addison wasn't really dead at all. Artemis and his big family just moved into the house on the grounds where Dawn used to live. Dawn needs to find out why this Artemis boy can see her. It's never happened in the three hundred years she'd been (not quite) dead. Artemis is your regular kid of science, the one you barely see in the background, and he is far from superstitious.
