so my name is cas and this is my brain. well, sort of. this is a collection of thoughts, poems andi moments captured at times in my life where writing has helped me significantly. i know that whilst compiling all these pieces it was fascinating and sad to see how i've changed and grown.

so basically this is a totally different, very cringey 'perks of being a wallflower' ;)
