Quintopl is the prince of Alton. His mother and father have arranged a betrothal with the princess a few kingdoms over: princess Lolia VII from the kingdom of Beasts. But Quintopl hates the thought of intimacy with another woman, and instead sneaks off on an adventure to find his own love, whilst facing danger and meeting small creatures and new friends on his way.
