Summer's finally arrived and unlike any normal teenager Flora is dreading it, but then again who wouldn't when their best friend abandons them to go on holiday to Spain. For Flora the summer means spending two months in the middle of nowhere with the only people over the age of 80 being the builders next door.

But when the mysterious boy, Jack, moves in next door, she can't help but try to befriend him despite his unfriendly nature. Unfortunately for Flora, Jack's determined to hate her guts and she's determined to find out why.

Looks like summer finally got interesting.
