Several decades after World War III, the population divided into two: the Special, and the Common. The Specials are the descendants of the warriors who fought for the freedom of Extalia, formerly known as the Philippines. Those warriors are product of endless experiment to attain superhuman gaining the title Special. However, peace cannot be maintained as for the common beg for equality.
Cess woke up after a long, tiring dream that showed her Sage's, her brother, whereabouts. Her special ability was to foresee the future even if those are just glimpses. With the help of The Twelve, will she be able to find her brother amidst the war that was starting?
