Although Ivy thinks this is like other instances where Harley breaks up with Joker only to end up back in his arms, Ivy gets worried about Harley's unusually long disappearance. Ivy is worried that Harley has not shown up to her house after her break up. The long wait suddenly convinces Ivy to find Harley herself. She heads towards Harley's apartment, only to find Harley Quinn overdosing from Joker's laughing gas.

From the beginning of their relationship, the Joker insisted that Harley Quinn was just a bit of fun to him. This story examines the beginning of that relationship, and continues on through the many ups and downs to see if the Joker can finally admit that Harley means more to him than that.
