Jesse Turner was born with the ability to literally do anything. The only thing was, was that he usually stuck to refilling things.
He never knew that he had this until he was eight years old and didn't want to get up to refill his drink. And there it was, like that. Filled. At first, it scared him, but gradually, he came to enjoy it.
That was, until two "FBI agents" showed up when he was eleven. Now, knowing his full powers and potential, he struggled to keep things the way they were. Keep them simple, with no violence, as the two had said (after turning their friend into an action figure, of course).
