She has an older brother Brent and her boyfriend  Zack she has it all at the moment. In just 3 days she looses it all she regrets so many things and wishes she could go back and redo everything but she can't. Her and her mother get away from  Los Angeles were they have so many amazing but also really depressing memories but she learns that she can't move on but will an arrogant sexy player in her new town make her forget all those tragic events and fall head over heals with a sudden attraction towards him or will her past hold her back. 

 P.S isn't as cliche as it sounds read so you know what I'm talking about and I know the description is horrible but I THINK the book will make up for it ;)
