In a nation torn apart, two people try to survive.
Born into the ghetto's of New Yorks poorest districts, Grace, a seventeen year old criminal, has to fight for survival in this world. She's wanted for theft, arson, assault, and destuction of Military property. Although her crimes sound devious, they all have a meaning behind them. Grace has to struggle to help the ones she loves safe without getting caught or killed.

Born into one of the noblest districts in New York, Micheal, a seventeen year old captain, has taken care of his family, ever since his parents died. He is always following orders and doing what he thinks will help others. He tries to secure the safety of those he loves so that he won't lose them, like he lost his parents.

But one day, by fate, the two meet and both of their lives are changed forever. Michael will have to follow his heart to save Grace. Meanwhile, Grace will have to over come her fears in order to save herself and Michael, as the nation they know, develops a drug that will cause death and destruction.
