A large organisation took control of Japan with the goal of gaining power by creating a lethal weapon, the PBMT corporation (the People and powers Black Market Trade Corporation) began their conquest by kidnapping a promising candidates under the age of 16 with strong powers which could assist their conquest, the remaining population was exterminated.
