Not many years had passed since the people of Japan began to manifest strange abilities, since the appearance of these strange powers the country fell into crisis and could no longer function. A large organisation took control of Japan with the goal of gaining power by creating a lethal weapon, the PBMT corporation (the People and powers Black Market Trade Corporation) began their conquest by kidnapping a promising candidates under the age of 16 with strong powers which could assist their conquest, the remaining population was exterminated.
