It's never an easy thing to deal with when everything you are, who you are is destroyed. In the case of a slave, Number 24, who he is or what he is was never told to him. So when he starts to become self aware and become more intelligent than his peers, the original taboo for all enslavement is broken and he faces the newest challenges of his life. Surviving in a world that would sooner see him dead, than walk around without a collar and master to hold his leash. Number 24 leaves the village he knew for so long out of mercy banishment and sets off into the world to try and find answers to the questions inside his heart. Who am I?
