What would happen if Tris wasn't killed by David? What would happen if the Bureau weren't stopped by having their memories erased. And what if they are still going after the people in Chicago?
With war still raging in Chicago, Tobias and the others have no choice other than to leave the Bureau and help back at home. But with Tris severely injured after her encounter with David, they have to leave her behind. But when they hear rumors that the Bureau are planning on destroying Chicago all together, erasing the city and everyone who lives there, they come up with a plan for Tris to befriend David again and gather inside information for them while they are there. Can they stop David before their home and everyone they love is gone forever?

This is how I think Allegiant should have ended. They deserved a life. And family. They went through too much. So here is my idea of how it should have ended: Tris prior survived the weapons lab and tobias saved her. What will they do now? Will they live in peace now that the factions have been reinstated? What happens when a new group called the defiant start preparing fOr a war? The friends and family they thought dead start showing up alive. How? Who else is alive? What happens when a little bit of family shows up in tobias' life. What happens when a girl shows up tris never thought she would meet? Can they really trust the defiant?
