Amber Saga

All in a instant the world around us became a bleeding red, the sky came alive in the suns fury. The heat was unbearable upon our scales, as the heat sizzled away our hopes for survival. With the destruction so dire, we had no choice to try and survive.

Together with what is left, we soon realize how hard survival would be now with how our home was now.

"How can we hope to survive this?", asked a large crocodile who was looking at his twin brother.

"We have too. There is that chance that the world will correct itself?", responded his brother.

There was a silence upon their backs as the ringing of heat made their craniums burn. "What if it doesn't?"

Just that one question blew along the heated winds of their home, and quickly it went into the world that was heavily damaged with black burns.

Our home was once full of greenery and life, where the food was plentiful. Now however, the place before us was a husk of its old self. No trees, no grass, only ashes and dust engraved in mud. We soon had to decide that it was time to move, but where would we go.

Would we even survive? That we didn't know.
